Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

At Pereira Prints, we are committed to providing transparent and professional fingerprinting and administrative coordination services. This policy outlines our financial and operational procedures.

1. Payment Terms and Agency Status

Pereira Prints acts as an authorized company agent for ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral (U.S. Agency Number: 70CC15C).

* Payment Collection: Pereira Prints does not collect any money directly from customers.

* Transaction Currency: All payments for services must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).

* Payment Recipient: All payments are made directly to ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral.

* Refund Issuance: Because payments are processed by the U.S. agency, any eligible refunds will be issued solely by ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral.

2. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Our appointments are precisely coordinated to ensure international processing standards. The following fees apply:

* Service Fee: A $50 USD fee will be charged for any confirmed scheduled meeting that is canceled or rescheduled.

* Payment Terms: This fee will be either:

* Deducted from any refund issued by ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral.

* Required to be paid in full before any processed documents or services are released to the client.

3. Refund Eligibility

* Non-Refundable Services: No refunds are available once fingerprints have been taken, as the primary service and administrative work have been completed.

* Pre-Service Cancellations: Refunds for payments made in advance (minus the $50 cancellation fee) must be requested through ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral prior to the start of the fingerprinting process.

4. Quality Guarantee and Re-prints

* FBI Rejections: In the event that fingerprint submissions are rejected by the FBI or relevant U.S. agency due to print quality, Pereira Prints will provide one (1) complimentary re-print session for the Client.

* Limitations: We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, technical failures at government agencies, or delays/losses incurred by third-party international carriers (FedEx/DHL).

5. Data Retention and Document Destruction

To protect client privacy and comply with security protocols:

* Pereira Prints Policy: All physical documents held by Pereira Prints are permanently destroyed 30 days after service delivery or completion.

* Partner Policy: Our partner, ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral, also maintains a policy to destroy all physical documents 30 days after delivery.

> Note: By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that Pereira Prints is facilitating these services as an agent and you agree to the payment and cancellation terms established by both Pereira Prints and ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral.

* Partner Agency: ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral (U.S.A.).

* Purpose of Sharing: Your information and processed fingerprints are shared with ASAP Fingerprinting solely to facilitate the necessary background checks, certifications, or administrative filings required for your specific request.

3. Data Retention and Destruction

We prioritize the security of your physical and digital records. To minimize risk and protect your identity, we adhere to a strict destruction schedule:

* Pereira Prints Policy: All physical documents held by Pereira Prints are permanently destroyed 30 days after service delivery or completion.

* Partner Policy: Our partner, ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral, also maintains a policy to destroy all physical documents 30 days after delivery.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard physical and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration of your personal data while it is in our possession.

5. Client Consent

By utilizing the services of Pereira Prints, you consent to the collection and sharing of your information with our designated U.S. partner as described in this policy.

Terms & Conditions Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Pereira Prints ("the Company," "we," "us") and the individual or entity utilizing our services ("the Client," "you"). By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Pereira Prints provides fingerprinting and administrative coordination services as an authorized agent of ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral (USA). Our services include:

* Professional biometric collection (fingerprinting).

* Coordination of Spanish translations.

* Administrative processing for international background checks and certifications.

* Facilitation of document delivery via PDF (email) or international carriers (FedEx/DHL) from the United States.

2. Identification and Client Obligations

* Required Documentation: The Client must present a valid Passport plus one additional government-issued ID and proof of payment at the time of service.

* Accuracy of Information: The Client bears sole responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all data provided. Pereira Prints is not liable for errors, delays, or rejections resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Client.

3. Payment and Refunds

* Agency Relationship: Pereira Prints acts as a facilitator. All service payments are made directly to ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral in U.S. Dollars (USD).

* Refunds: All financial transactions and refund requests are governed by the laws of the United States. Refunds are issued solely by ASAP Fingerprinting of Doral and are subject to the $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

4. Quality Guarantee and Re-prints

* FBI Rejections: In the event that fingerprint submissions are rejected by the FBI or relevant U.S. agency due to print quality, Pereira Prints will provide one (1) complimentary re-print session for the Client.

5. Document Retention and Delivery

* Electronic Delivery: Most documents are delivered digitally in PDF format via email.

* Physical Destruction: To ensure privacy, all physical documents held by Pereira Prints or ASAP Fingerprinting are destroyed 30 days after delivery.

* Local Delivery: We may facilitate local delivery of physical documents in Pereira; however, the risk of loss passes to the client once documents are handed to a third-party carrier.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

* Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia for service-related matters and the laws of the United States for payment-related matters.

* Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt a good-faith resolution. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in Pereira, Colombia, in accordance with local arbitration regulations.

7. Force Majeure

Pereira Prints shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: mechanical, electronic, or communications failure; natural disasters; or shifts in international government regulations.
